All prices are listed in Euro (EUR). Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or postal handling fees imposed by the destination country are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
4. Shipping & International Delivery
We ship worldwide via registered postal services. Refusal of Delivery: If a buyer refuses to accept a package due to import fees or taxes, any return shipping costs and non-refundable fees incurred by Agallipra Jewelry will be deducted from the refund amount. Agallipra Jewelry is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in the destination country. Non-Refundable Costs for Refused Deliveries: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties/taxes, Agallipra Jewelry will issue a refund only after the package is safely received back. From the total refund amount, we will deduct: 1. The original shipping cost; 2. Any return shipping fees or penalties charged by the carrier/customs; 3. Any non-refundable transaction fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
