At Agallipra Jewelry, each piece is handcrafted as a unique, one-of-a-kind creation. We take great care in presenting and packaging every item, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Because our jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind, exchanges or replacements are not available.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration.
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable in the future).
Refused International Deliveries
If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay local customs duties, taxes, or postal handling fees (common in non-EU countries like EFTA and all countries outside the EU), a refund will be issued only after the item is safely returned to us.
In such cases, we will deduct:
- The original shipping fee.
- The return shipping cost (if any).
- Any customs penalties or handling fees charged to Agallipra Jewelry for the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing time, depending on your payment provider. Please note that any non-refundable transaction fees (e.g., from payment processors) and shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
