Shipping Policy
Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Due to time zone differences, orders placed late on Thursday or early on Friday may be processed and dispatched on the following Monday. This ensures every piece receives the same level of care and attention.
We ship all orders via priority postal service with tracking, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are shipped from within the European Union.
- European Union (EU):
Shipments within the EU typically arrive within an estimated 10 working days. As shipments remain within the EU, customs clearance is generally not required, allowing for faster transit times. Please note that EFTA countries (Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein) are not members of the EU Customs Union and are subject to international shipping rules. - International (Outside the EU):
Delivery times for destinations outside the EU — including Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and other regions worldwide — depend on the destination country and local postal services. Orders usually arrive within an estimated 15–20 working days.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can affect delivery times.
Each piece is securely packaged in protective padded envelopes to ensure safe transport. We intentionally avoid excessive gift wrapping or unnecessary packaging — supporting smoother transit, simpler customs processing, and a more considered approach to materials.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees:
For international orders outside the European Union (including EFTA countries), any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or postal handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.
If a shipment is refused due to these fees, any return or refund will be processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, as well as our Returns and Refund Policy, including applicable deductions.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor its journey.
